Each year, we award more than $4 million to students in the form of scholarships, scholar-bursaries, bursaries, awards, and prizes. By maintaining a strong scholarship and financial assistance program, we are able to attract, retain and support our students.

Scholarship | Eligibility: Arts, Current 3rd year
A scholarship in the amount of $240 was endowed by the late Mrs. Evlyn Fenwick Farris, Class of 1898, and honorary LL.D. of this University. It is to be awarded to a meritorious third-year student in Arts.
Scholarship | Eligibility: Arts, Entering first year
The Florence B. Mosher Memorial Scholarship will be awarded annually to one or more entering student(s) studying in the Faculty of Arts.
This award was established in 2009, by the late Dr. Marial Mosher in memory of her mother, Florence (Larder) Mosher.
Scholarship | Eligibility: Arts, English
The Florence Jodrey Bishop Scholarship in English is awarded annually to a returning student in the Bachelor of Arts (English) degree program on recommendation of the English Department. This scholarship is made possible through a donation in 2019 by Dr. Roy Bishop of Avonport, Nova Scotia (CEng ’59, BSc Acadia ’61).
