Acadia English Language Centre: Business Plan Team Building 

Every term our highest level EAP or ‘bridging’ students develop their own business plans.  These plans provide our students with a chance to utilize their creativity and research skills while developing real-world experience by creating potentially viable commercial opportunities.   From local Coffee shops to transnational E-waste conversion enterprises, our students use their critical thinking to create their plans from the ground up.  In order to give them the best starting point for their ventures, EAP instructor Chris Klatecki used a classic team building exercise to get the groups communicating, problem-solving and working together from the very beginning.
