On Thursday, January 19, the Acadia School of Music Concert & Lecture Series presents "Narrative Canvas" - a recital by our AUSOM faculty pianist Mary Castello with Marie Engle, mezzo-soprano, and Jack Chen, flute.

This program will feature a performance of "The Deepest Desire: Four Meditations on Love" - a work by composer Jake Heggie for mezzo-soprano, flute and piano.  Marie and Mary will also offer a multi-media performance of Poulenc's "Le travail du Peintre," with visuals designed by Camilla Tassi, plus a selection of songs by Hugo Wolf.

This recital will be held in Denton Hall Auditorium, beginning at 1:00pm.

All Concert & Lecture Series events are free and community members are welcome to attend.  Please note that face masks are required.
