Organizational Theory

This course examines current theory and research on the design and behaviour of effective organizations. It focuses on developing in students an understanding of mainstream and alternatives theories of organizational and economics theories of the firm.

  • The main issues confronting organizations
  • Different explanations of corporate and organizational behaviour
