A new Non-Academic Judicial Student Code of Conduct was implemented this past fall (2020) at Acadia. The biggest difference in our new Code of Conduct is that it now allows for expanded response by the university to off-campus incidents. It focuses on opportunities for students to learn, grow, and develop and aims to empower students to take accountability for their actions. Students are invited to be active and collaborative participants in the process. This creates an individualized approach to the response to conduct to meet the needs of each student.
