Plan to attend WISE Works!

WISE Works! is an event focusing on career opportunities for WISE (Women in Science and Engineering) students.

 

Who: All interested students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. There will be sixteen different careers represented at the event.

 

When: Tuesday, September 29 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm

  • 4:30 to 5:15: Welcome/Plenary Speaker and Acadia Alumna, Dr Deborah MacLatchy (Vice-President, Academic & Provost, Laurier University) will be speaking on her career path.
  • 5:15 to 6:15ish: Small table discussions with WISE Advisors. There will be sixteen WISE Acadia Alumnae and faculty present; students will have the opportunity to choose five to connect with.

 

Where: Fountain Commons (and there will be pizza and cold beverages).
