Campus Update - Wolfville apartment fire

Dear campus community,

A fire occurred in an eight-unit Wolfville apartment building on Catherine Court earlier today, potentially impacting some of our students. Thankfully, the fire was controlled, and no injuries were reported.

Although Acadia University prepared rooms on campus for immediate accommodation, we are pleased to share that no one currently requires these accommodations. If that changes, the property manager has information from Acadia on how those impacted can access on-campus accommodations.

If you, or someone you know, needs accommodations or support related to this incident, please contact Acadia’s Safety and Security Office at 902-585-1103. It is open 24/7.

Thank you, and stay safe,

Darrell
