A strong contingent of Acadia alumni returned to campus on Monday, Sept. 30, 2019 to support WISE Works! in the Sheldon L. Fountain Learning Commons.
To support WISE Acadia’s priority of mentoring students, the third biannual WISE Works! will be held on Sept. 30 from 4:45 to 7:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Sheldon L. Fountain Learning Commons at Acadia University.
Last week, University President Dr. Peter Ricketts announced that Ian Murray ('88), Acadia’s long-time Executive Director, Alumni Affairs, will be taking up a 10-month secondment in the Office of the President as Executive Director, Communications and Government Relations.

The University is acutely aware of the catastrophe in the northern Bahamas in the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian. As a result, Acadia’s President, Dr. Peter Ricketts, has announced a wide-ranging support strategy that will provide some relief by establishing a Bahamian Student Fund.
