Alumni and friends joined together November 1, 2018, for the Calgary Launch of Campaign for Acadia. With an ambitious $75-million goal, the campaign will sustain the Acadia of today and build the Acadia of the future.
“Just as learning and stimulation are important for a child’s mind, it is equally important for an elderly mind, as well as for all those in-between!” says Blanca Baquero (’16), who graduated from Acadia at the age of 72 with a major in French and a minor in Spanish.

An enthusiastic and very engaged group of approximately 30 Acadia alumni and friends turned out on Saturday, Oct. 13 at National on 10th for an Acadia Homecoming, Calgary style!
It was a slightly wet and absolutely wonderful Homecoming Weekend at Acadia University Oct. 11-14, 2018!
Campaign for Acadia will fund vital programs and priorities across Acadia’s faculties and campaign themes: Transform, Inspire, Discover, and Build.
