The mood was certainly festive on Thursday, Dec. 5 at the Lord William Pub in Montréal when approximately 40 Acadia alumni and friends gathered for a Holiday Dinner – Pub Style to ring in the season! Hosted by the Acadia Alumni Association, the event offered a great opportunity to share some food, fun and plenty of fond Acadia memories. Chancellor Bruce Galloway (’68, ’03), Executive Director of Philanthropy and Campaign Director Nancy Handrigan (’92) and Manager, Alumni Affairs (Acting) Oonagh Proudfoot (’93, ’06) were thrilled to welcome legendary football coach Sonny Wolfe, honorary alumnus and former member of Acadia’s Board of Governors Peter Webster, and a wonderful cross-section of graduates spanning several decades. It was a grand time, and we look forward to seeing you again next year!
