Acadia faculty and staff were welcomed by President Dr. Peter Ricketts and members of the University Administration in the Garden Room at the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre on Thursday, August 31, 2017 for this year’s Start-of-Term Barbecue. Sponsored by the Acadia Alumni Association, the annual event acknowledges and celebrates the many contributions of faculty and staff to the University. President Ricketts and his team were decked out in traditional aprons and chef hats, and served hamburgers, hot dogs, beverages and fresh-cooked corn to the many guests in attendance.
