Acadia University President Ray Ivany (right) served corn and met with Acadia faculty and staff over the noon-hour Thursday, August 30, 2012 on the quad behind University Hall at this year’s annual Start-of-Term Barbecue. Sponsored by the Associated Alumni of Acadia University (AAAU), the event recognized and celebrated the many contributions of faculty and staff to Acadia. Members of the University administration were ‘chefs’ for the event, which featured hot dogs, veggie burgers, juice, fresh watermelon, fun and fellowship.
