Graduating Class Banners

This set of digital photographs depicts many of the banners created by the classes since 1920. The actual banners are the property of the Acadia Alumni Relations Office and are preserved in Alumni Hall.

The Class Banner is a tradition at Acadia University. Each graduating class creates a banner as a visual representation of the class’s experience at the University with a slogan that captures the essence of that experience. The banner is formally unveiled during convocation and hangs at the ceremony. The banner is usually present at the class reunion events.
