University Communications serves the Office of the President to showcase and support Acadia University’s mission and strategic objectives.
Working with stakeholders across campus, we advance the understanding and reputation of Acadia University at the local, provincial, national, and international levels.
Our work is guided by the strategic plan, Acadia 2025, which is focused on transforming lives for a transforming world.
We are the official spokespeople for Acadia University and the point of contact for journalists. We share campus news, lead crisis communication responses, provide executive counsel, media coaching, and media monitoring.
We manage the Campus News email newsletter, messages from the President’s Desk, and official communication from the executive of Acadia University.
We provide up-to-date advice and information to ensure accuracy and consistency for non-academic writing.
