Welcome! We encourage all new students to read our How to Apply checklist to prepare for the beginning of their studies.
Please look at the table below for arrival dates of upcoming EAP terms. These dates are important when you are booking your airline tickets. We cannot accommodate students who arrive before the arrival date, so please do not buy a ticket which arrives before the date below. If you have any questions, please ask us before you book your ticket. If you have already booked your ticket before these dates, please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you to make arrangements.
Please try to arrive as close to the listed arrival date as possible. If you arrive more than 5 days after the start of the program, you may be refused entry into classes.

We can help you arrange transportation to meet you at the airport and take you to your new home at Acadia. Please send us your flight details at least 7 days in advance so that we can arrange transportation for you. The fee is $160. You can pay this fee to your Student Account after you arrive.
If your flight is delayed, you must call 1.888.720.5466 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your new arrival time. If you don’t inform us of changes, we will not know when to pick you up, and you may be required to pay the pick-up fee twice.
You can also arrange to travel by Maritime Bus to the Acadia Campus.
