Acadia Athletics: Live Work Out Session

Session Description: Join the Athletics department to go through a daily workout that will include: breathing & mindset, flexibility & mobility, dynamic warmup, power, core & full body strength, and cardio. All without the need for any equipment except for what you might have around your room!
