This event will feature a timely lecture by Dr. Funké Aladejebi, who is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at the University of Toronto. Dr. Aladejebi is a scholar of the twentieth century with a specialization in Black Canadian history, who will share her ruminations on Black Joy by connecting history to the contemporary moment.
