You may need to amend your study permit if the information is incorrect or the information no longer applies to you. Examples include wrong name, the gender is wrong or the comments no longer apply to you.

You may also need to amend your study permit if the conditions regarding your eligibility to work in Canada are not correct. Study permits issued before June 1, 2014 may not indicate that you are permitted to work off campus.
