Positions Available:
Servers: Friendly, upbeat and reliable servers wanted! Servers manage their own tips, tipping out for hostess, bartender, and kitchen when applicable. Responsible for their own cash and float. (Starting $13.35/h)
Host/Maitre'd: As the greeters of the business, hosts must have great customer service skills, knowledge of menus and seating plans. Adaptable and ready to help wherever needed. Entitled to tipout percentage. (Starting $13.35/h)
Bussers: The busser helps to run plates, clear tables, expedite food, help stock items and facilitate the flow of the busy restaurant. A helping role to all staff. Receives tipouts. (Starting $13.35/h)
Line Cooks: Line cooks work in a very fast paced kitchen, attention to detail and reports to chef and sous chef. Weekly tipout benefit. (Starting $15.40/h)
Prep Cooks: Prep cooks are expected to follow recipes, chop and dice vegetables, follow prep lists, task oriented. Weekly tipout benefit. (Starting $15.40/h)
Sous Chefs: Second in line to head chef, a sous chef helps design menus, works kitchen managing shifts, delegates tasks and focuses on portion control and consistency. Entitled to weekly tipout percentage. (Starting $16.60/h)
Dishwashers: An important part of the team, this role maintains cleanliness and sanitation to dishes, and is willing to help with prep as needed. Receives weekly tipout. (Starting $13.35/h)
