When Allie Berry wasn’t on the court supporting her championship basketball team, she was taking her community-development training into high school gyms to encourage at-risk youth to participate in a recreation program she calls Rec Buddies.

Campaign for Acadia in Hong Kong

Alumni and friends joined together December 12, 2018, for the Halifax Launch of Campaign for Acadia and to celebrate the holidays. With an ambitious $75-million goal, the campaign will sustain the Acadia of today and build the Acadia of the future.

Thanks to the generosity of the John and Judy Bragg Foundation, up to 13 Acadia students benefit annually from the following awards, named in honour of former teachers who were Acadia alumni:
