The Province of Nova Scotia has a series of new border closures and restrictions to combat the spread of COVID-19. We urge all members of the Acadia University community to familiarize themselves with these restrictions and to continue to do their part.

Please note while the border is closed for most purposes, post-secondary students returning home or entering Nova Scotia to study can still travel. However, parents from outside Nova Scotia are not allowed to pick students up or drop them off.

Border restrictions take effect Monday, May 10, while new retail and service restrictions take effect Saturday, May 8.
