Residence accommodation may only be booked to coincide with the academic terms for which a student is registered. Fees are subject to change.
New students must pay a $50 non-refundable application fee. This fee is only paid once during your stay in residence at Acadia. When room selection takes place in the Spring, you must pay a $500 non-refundable room deposit. Once you move in, this deposit will be applied to your residence fee.

The fees below represent an academic year. If you only plan to live in Residence for one semester (Sept-Dec or Jan-Apr), please contact residencelife@acadiau.ca and your account will be adjusted so that you will pay half the fee listed.
