Residence Options
Acadia's residences offer a prime location, only minutes from your classrooms, labs, the gym and library. Living on campus offers the ease of an eight-month, all-inclusive lease which includes furniture, heat, power, water, local phone service, phone with call display, high speed internet, in-house laundry facilities and regular cleaning of public areas. Students in residence benefit from a direct, wired and wireless high speed connection to the Acadia network, 24-hour on-call security, coordinated response in an emergency and Resident Assistant programming and support.
For students with special needs, our residences have some accessible bathrooms, strobe lights for fire alarms, ramps, elevators and other accessibility features. We will work closely with you and with campus Accessible Learning Services to ensure a positive residence experience.
Each residence has a remarkable team of student Resident Assistants who build a sense of community. They also work with our Safety and Security staff to provide 24/7 campus safety.
Chase Court
About Chase Court
An active and connected community that provides a home-like warmth to all who stay there. Chase Court is one of the larger residences on campus, many of whom are upper year students.

Hardwood floors, two kitchens and lounges on the lower level and one large lounge and a quiet study lounge on the main floor. Laundry is located in basement.
