Call for letters of support for survivors

Leading up to Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April, the Sexual Violence Response and Education Office and the Vaughan Memorial Library invite members of the Acadia community to join us in sending kindness and support to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence. Whether you are a survivor or an ally, we invite you to write your own anonymous note of support and care to survivors on campus and in the community.

For Sexual Assault Awareness Month 2025, we are letting survivors know that they are believed, supported, and not alone. If you would like to leave a note for a survivor, please share it here. Notes will be printed and featured at our display table in the library on April 3 from 1:30-3pm and in the Sexual Assault Awareness Month book display for the month of April.
