October Move It! Challenge

Faculty & Staff: Join the “Move It!” Challenge This October!
 
Take a step toward better health and well-being by joining the “Move It!” Challenge—a fun and flexible way to stay active throughout October. Just move your way—walk, run, or stroll—and feel the benefits!
 
This fun and simple challenge is all about getting active—on your terms.
 
There are no minimum steps, walks, or runs required to participate. Just:
 
1. REGISTER as a participant in the “Move It!” Challenge.
2. TRACK the number of walks or runs you complete each week.
3. EMAIL your weekly total to HR-Training@acadiau.ca every Friday.
 
Each weekly submission enters you into a prize draw—so keep moving and stay motivated!
 
Why participate?

Moving more can lead to a wide range of health and wellness benefits, including:
