Upcoming Transition to New Campus Scheduling Software
As we look ahead to the new school year, we want to share an exciting update. Our current room booking tool, Scheduler+, will be retired as the software is no longer supported. It will be replaced with Infosilem –Campus. We are already familiar with Infosilem as Infosilem – Academic is a partner product already used on campus by the Registrar’s Office to support academic timetabling and exams. Campus is a modern scheduling system designed to make booking spaces simpler and more intuitive for our entire campus community.
In the meantime, continue to book rooms and events following the same booking process as normal. Email reservat@acadiau.ca with the following information:
- 5 business days minimum notice (10 days if alcohol is involved) for events; 2 business days for general bookings
- Activity designation (ex. Team meeting, workshop, information session, etc.).
- Contact person for booking
- Contact details (phone or email)
- Number of attendees for booking.
- Preferred time and date and duration of booking (include two alternate times and dates, or general times like “morning preferred”).
- Does this booking require a specific setup of the room, or specific electronic equipment (monitor, microphone, etc.)? Note: some rooms have a fixed setup; changes to the setup of desks or additional electronic equipment may result in associated fees.
- Confirm compliance with the Facility Use Policy
