Bahamas Reception
Greetings,
I'm excited to be returning to Nassau for another great Acadia Alumni Get Together at The Green Parrot on Tuesday evening, February 2nd. At last year’s event I was so happy to meet alumni and friends who turned out to socialize and share Acadia stories and memories. Building on the momentum of your enthusiasm and based on the warm welcome I received, I’m thrilled to let you know that Acadia’s Chancellor, Libby Burnham (’60), and Dean of Arts, Dr. Jeff Hennessy (’99), will be joining me this year. They are both looking forward to meeting you and hearing about your Acadia experiences. Please register below so we’ll know you’re coming, and invite your Acadia pals to join in – the more the merrier!
On an equally exciting note for those of you with young people in your lives who are thinking about university, I am happy to confirm that Acadia will hold an Information Session for you and your interested student on Monday evening, February 1st. Staff from our Enrolment Office will be on hand to answer questions about Acadia and help students navigate the application process. I strongly encourage you to bring a new student along to this special session. You know from your own experience that introducing young people to Acadia will have a lasting impact on their lives. Follow the instructions below to register for the student information session.
Thanks, and see you soon,
Ian
