Virtual Event Series | Hindsight is 2020 – Lessons from the past year as we look to the future.

2020 has been a year to remember. So many from around the world have been faced with unsurmountable challenges. Acadia University’s Chaplain, Reverend Dr. Marjorie Lewis, has been tirelessly providing support to individuals and groups at Acadia and in the community. Dr. Lewis came to Acadia March 2020 as the Pandemic was getting started.

Dr. Lewis was immediately put to work and began spiritual and religious guidance to all who reached out to her. Reverend Lewis comes to Acadia highly qualified. She not only was the President of the United Theological College of the West Indies (UTCWI) in Kingston, Jamaica but more recently has she worked locally as a Spiritual and Religious Care Chaplain with the Nova Scotia Health Authority.

At this virtual event, Dr. Lewis spoke with Oonagh Proudfoot and guests on ways in which they can include spirituality in strategies to cope with stress and anxiety plus have meaningful lives during these most unprecedented times.

Guest Speaker: Reverend Dr. Marjorie Lewis, University Chaplain
