Speaker bio:
Lea Storry is a writer who owns a writing, editing and publishing business in Calgary, Alberta. She can’t escape her last name and as a child, was often teased and asked to “tell a story” or simply called “Storrybook.” Lea is a published author of books for children, short stories for adults and poetry for everyone. She’s currently working on a screenplay about two sisters in space.
While in Alberta, Lea keeps up with what’s happening at Acadia University by attending alumni events in Edmonton and Calgary. Her niece also attends Acadia. Some of Lea’s closest friends are Acadia grads and they’re still in touch after over 30 years.
