There was cause for celebration at Acadia University on Monday, May 14, 2018 when Dr. Bruce Galloway (’68, ’03 HON) was installed as Acadia’s Seventh Chancellor during Convocation ceremonies at University Hall. More than 800 graduates from Acadia University’s four Faculties – Arts, Pure and Applied Science, Professional Studies, and Theology – received their undergraduate and graduate diplomas during Convocation Weekend, joining Acadia’s more than 28,000 alumni worldwide. Dr. Galloway was feted afterward (left to right) by outgoing Chancellor Libby Burnham (’60), Chancellor Emeritus Arthur L. Irving (’52) and University President Dr. Peter Ricketts.
