Alumna sworn in as Canada's first female base commander

Alumna Col. Tammy Harris ('87) was sworn in Friday, July 6, 2012 as Canada's first female base commander, taking over the top job at CFB Borden in Ontario. The Chronicle Herald's Ottawa Bureau Chief Paul McLeod has this report.
