The Annual Acadia Alumni and Friends Luncheon took place March 20, 2012 at the Stoneybrook Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida. On hand to share in the fun (left to right) were Jack Young (’59) and his wife Sandy, and special guests Acadia Students’ Union VP Communications Ashley Margeson and Gail Petrykanyn.  Bob Kieran (‘60) was in attendance also and wrote in an e-mail after the event, “I am amazed that a (small) school (600 students my freshman year 1954) can produce 40 people at a reunion 2,500 miles away in a foreign country (USA) 58 years later. Speaks to the success of Acadia grads and their health and, of course, their fondness for their Alma Mater and the lifelong friendships they made!”
