Ian Murray (’88), Executive Director, Alumni Affairs and Jim Darnbrough, Executive Director, Enrolment Services were joined for dinner by 36 alumni and friends at CinCin by the Sea in Barbados on the evening of Thursday, January 24, 2019. Alumni from the 1960s through to 2018 connected to reminisce about Acadia, to share great memories and lots of laughs. At this dinner, sponsored by the Alumni Association, Ian and Jim were pleased to host representatives from Canada’s High Commission to Barbados as well as Ms. Cheryl Rock, Principal of the Derrick Smith School, who has hosted students from Acadia’s School of Education, and Mr. Paul Blackman, who was a visiting professor at Acadia thanks to support from the Harrison McCain Foundation.
