Approximately 40 #AcadiaU alumni and friends came together at The Auction House in Halifax on Friday, Nov. 24 for a pre-game gathering prior to the AUS contest at Scotiabank Centre between the Acadia Axemen and StFX X-men and a FIBA World Cup qualifying match between Team Canada and the Bahamas. The USPORTS number 10-ranked Axemen lost their first regular season game 70-68 to the X-men, but Team Canada had a bit more luck, cruising to a 93-69 victory in the nightcap.
