Former players, family, supporters and friends were on hand for the 2019 AUS Championship banner-raising ceremony prior to the Acadia Axewomen basketball game versus the Cape Breton Capers on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019 in Wolfville.

After the game, over 60 people attended a reception where they met the 2019-20 Axewomen players and coaches. Guest speakers at the event included Marketing and Development Officer Len Hawley; Axewomen head coach Len Harvey (’03); and Oonagh Proudfoot (’93, ’06), Manager, Alumni Affairs (Acting).
