A small but mighty contingent of Acadia alumni came together at the Canadian Association of New York (CANY) Canada Day celebration on June 27, 2018 in Manhattan. Alison Backman-Shapiro (‘07), volunteer Director on the Acadia Alumni Association Board Leah McNally (’07), and Stew Paterson (’08) attended and represented the University in fine style. Stew was also the lead organizer of the event, and from all accounts it was a great one. Leah brought along a little bit of Acadia swag just for fun, and guests had a grand time in honour of our nation's 151^st birthday!
