Musician and composer Carmen Braden (’09), from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, is currently at #AcadiaU recording her second solo album, tentatively called Songs of the Invisible Summer Stars. Mark Adam, percussion professor at Acadia, is producing the album and performing on it. Braden also brought in several professional musicians from Halifax and New Brunswick and her former composition teacher, Acadia’s Dr. Derek Charke, to play on the album as well.
