Sixty-six Acadia alumni and friends boarded the tall ship Silva on Tuesday, August 20^th, 2013 for the annual Acadia Alumni Halifax Harbour Cruise. It was a beautiful evening to enjoy great company as the vessel sailed around George’s Island, beneath the brilliantly lit MacDonald and Mackay bridges, and cruised by the display of lights lining the Halifax and Dartmouth waterfronts. It was exciting to see so many young alumni attend the event, as they made up over 60 per cent of the crowd.
