Acadia faculty and staff gathered in the Garden Room at the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2016 for the annual Start-of-Term Barbecue. Sponsored by the Associated Alumni of Acadia University, the event recognizes and celebrates the many contributions of faculty and staff to Acadia. President Ray Ivany and members of the University Administration, decked out in aprons and chef hats, served hamburgers, hot dogs, lemonade and fresh corn to all attendees.
