It was wonderful to visit Charlottetown on a beautiful evening as Acadia’s President Dr. Jeff Hennessy (’99) met alumni and prospective students on October 22. UPEI Chancellor the Honourable Diane Griffin, Acadia Class of 1973, was also on hand for the event. A fine mix of alumni and guests attended, and prospective student Ethan Campbell won the draw prize, which really put an exclamation point on his intention to attend Acadia. So much fun!

Kahled BaHamid, Life Treasurer for the Class of 2024, took time to share his recent Acadia experience with young people who are considering the University for their post-secondary education, and the Alumni Association Board was represented by Director Kelton Thomason (’07, ’10). We were also happy to learn that this was Ross Campbell’s ('78) first-ever alumni event. There was lots of Acadia spirit in the room, and we all had a great time in Charlottetown!
