A loyal group of Acadia alumni in Malaysia joined Vice-President, Advancement Nancy Handrigan (’92) at the Cellar Door in Kuala Lumpur to welcome new University President Dr. Jeff Hennessy (’99) and hear about his first six months in the role at Acadia. Grads representing four decades mingled, enjoyed fine food, rekindled friendships and reminisced about their alma mater. Clara Gates-Flaherty (’22) was on hand to speak to prospective students and to invite alumni to connect her with local teachers and schools. Thanks to Andy Amir (’91) for visiting from Singapore, and to Keng-Giap Tan (’83), Adli Hassan (’97), and Dino Ng (’01) for all the outreach to local alumni!
