Acadia faculty and staff gathered in the Garden Room at the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre on August 29, 2019 for the annual Start-of-Term Barbecue. Sponsored by the Acadia Alumni Association, the event recognizes and celebrates the many contributions of faculty and staff to Acadia. President Dr. Peter Ricketts (right, pictured with Dean of Science Dr. Suzie Currie, ’91, and Vice-President, Advancement, Dr. Rod Morrison) and members of the University Administration served hamburgers, hot dogs, lemonade and fresh corn to all attendees.
