More than 45 alumni and friends came together on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute in Pembroke to share Acadia stories and reminiscence about their alma mater. Updates about the University were provided by Director of Alumni Affairs Ian Murray (’88), Executive Director of Philanthropy Nancy Handrigan (’92) and Manager of Enrolment Services, Leigh-Ann Murphy. Guests also received information about THE TAKEOVER 2017, planned for Acadia’s Homecoming Weekend October 12-15, when alumni from Bermuda and the Caribbean are invited to ‘take over’ the Acadia campus.
