What a night! The Office of Alumni Affairs rounded out its 2019 western swing in style on Thursday, May 2 with a jam-packed crowd of Acadia alumni and friends at Rodney’s Oyster House in Calgary. Nearly 100 people enjoyed a fantastic lobster supper with all the fixins, refreshing beverages and down-home fiddle music that guaranteed an easy East Coast flavour and a great evening of fun, food and fond reminiscence. Chancellor Bruce Galloway (’63, ’03) offered updates on our historic Campaign for Acadia and had a wonderful time catching up with old and new friends. Executive Director, Alumni Affairs Ian Murray (’88), Executive Director, Philanthropy Nancy Handrigan (’92), Development Officer, Athletics, Len Hawley and Alumni Association Vice-President Donalda MacBeath (’75) chatted with guests and made sure everyone felt right at home. You were outstanding, Calgary, and we are definitely looking forward to seeing you again real soon!
