You’re invited to Acadia S.M.I.L.E.’s 30^th Anniversary celebration!

S.M.I.L.E. is celebrating its 30th anniversary and we would love for you to be a part of it. Take a look at the events we have planned during Acadia University's Homecoming Weekend! Please tell your S.M.I.L.E. friends and feel free to send us S.M.I.L.E. pictures or stories you may have. We hope to see you there!

S.M.I.L.E. Meet and Greet - Friday, October 12th at 5:30 p.m.

Join the Friday night S.M.I.L.E. youth participants at the Fountain Learning Commons for a "Meet and Greet" before the Axemen hockey game. Help make some signs or paint some faces and we will head down to cheer on the Acadia Axemen together!

S.M.I.L.E. Open House - Saturday, October 13th at 9 a.m.

Come check out the Saturday morning S.M.I.L.E. program as we take you on a tour of what's new! Meet us at the Acadia Athletic Complex and join in on a few morning games and songs as well as get a sneak peak at the plans and location for the upcoming Jack Scholz S.M.I.L.E. Snoezlen Room.

30th Anniversary Celebration - Saturday, October 13th at 7 p.m.

Help us celebrate 30 years of the program at the Fountain Learning Commons. Come for refreshments and guest speakers, such as former S.M.I.L.E. participant and instructor Kevin Smith-Worthylake, as we reflect on the program’s success and look back on the great memories it has created for all of us. If you have stayed in touch with your S.M.I.L.E. buddy, this would be a perfect place to reconnect and share more S.M.I.L.E. time together!
