An enthusiastic group of alumni keen to be engaged with Acadia enjoyed an intimate and lively gathering in the Main Hall at TANOKE in Singapore on February 29, 2024 to meet President Dr. Jeff Hennessy (’99), learn more about him, and experience his passion for the University.

The event was co-hosted by Vice-President, Advancement Nancy Handrigan (’92) and International Enrolment Advisor Clara Gates-Flaherty (’22), who shared information about University admissions and the registration process for prospective students. Dr. Conor Vibert, a professor of business strategy at Acadia, was also in attendance after filming some alumni for Casenet.

Guests enjoyed great food and a delightful evening while chatting with Dr. Hennessy, Nancy, Clara and Dr. Vibert. We received such a warm welcome, and it was a tremendous pleasure to return to and visit with alumni in Singapore! The next gathering is already in the works, including a plan to share photos and videos from each person’s time on campus. Can’t wait!
