CALL FOR NOMINATIONS - Associated Alumni of Acadia University Distinguished Alumni Award 2013

Each year the Associated Alumni of Acadia University (AAAU) presents two deserving recipients with the AAAU Distinguished Alumni Award. This award honours and recognizes the outstanding achievement of an alumni of Acadia University whose endeavours have distinguished them in their respective professions or communities. Consideration is given to nominees who demonstrate a wide range, diversity and magnitude of involvement in or contributions toward areas such as research, professional services, civic duty, business, athletics, the arts, the community or other areas worthy of recognition.

The Distinguished Alumni Award is presented annually to the two honourees at the AAAU Annual Gala Dinner in Halifax, N.S.  The 2013 AAAU Gala Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2013 at the World Trade and Convention Centre – Save the Date!
