A lively and engaged group of Acadia alumni turned out in full force on Monday, October 30, 2023 to the Glencoe Club in Calgary, AB to meet University President Dr. Jeff Hennessy (’99). More than 50 alumni filled the room as Dr. Hennessy shared his thoughts on returning to Acadia as President and his vision for the University in the future.

An interesting cross-section of alumni representing eight decades, from the 1950s through to the 2020s, attended the event, which was co-hosted by Vice-President, Advancement Nancy Handrigan (’92) and Executive Director, Development Vicki MacCrimmon. Guests enjoyed appetizers, refreshments and shared many fond Acadia memories and stories throughout the evening.
