More than 60 faculty, staff and guests came together in the Wu Welcome Centre at Acadia University on Friday, Oct. 4, 2019 for a reception to celebrate Campaign for Acadia and to learn more about its progress.

Vice-President, Advancement Dr. Rod Morrison emceed the event, which featured messages from University President Dr. Peter Ricketts; Campaign for Acadia Chair Nancy McCain (’82); University Archivist Pat Townsend; Manager, Sports Performance, Elliott Richardson (’10); and Dr. Lynn Aylward (’86) from the School of Education.

McCain and Ricketts thanked those in attendance for their support: for sharing their personal stories about Acadia’s positive impact on their lives and careers, and for donating to the Campaign to help open doors for those that will come after them.
