Join us for a lively conversation with the author of the new book, No I in Team: Party Loyalty in Canadian Politics, the first in-depth study of this phenomenon in federal and provincial politics, showing how rules, pressures, social dynamics, and digital technology reinforce partisan loyalty over independent judgment. Drawing on interviews with politicians and staff plus four decades of media analysis, No I in Team raises urgent questions about whether Canadian democracy is being weakened by ever-tighter partisan control.
